There is a great clinic opportunity coming to Lennox, SD May 5th. Alan Stein is a great clinic presenter and does a lot for the basketball community. Here at Tea, we use many of his dynamic warm-up elements as well as his in-season weight lifting program. The inclusion of both of these elements have greatly helped our players with injury prevention, flexibility and athletic performance. I strongly recommend coming to this clinic. ReplyDeleteAfter attending the Salt Lake City clinic, I was bummed by one thing. NO ONE came. Only 10 girls and 6 coaches came to the session. Which means it will be tough to get people to come hold clinics in future. No on the positive side, was a really good clinic. Got some drills and stretches that will be really useful. $15 for a coach is a steal for the clinic knowledge you gain. I will get some notes typed up to get some info
